Do you build both gaming PCs and professional workstations?
Yes. We build custom gaming PCs as well as professional workstations for trading, CAD and architecture, video editing, AI and machine learning, engineering simulation, and creative work. The same workshop, the same build process, different specs.

Can you build to my exact parts list?
Yes. If you have a specific part list, send it over and we will quote for assembly and testing. We can also advise on any compatibility or value issues we spot before we start.

Do you use new components only?
All builds use new components unless you specifically request otherwise. We do not use refurbished parts in standard builds.

Is it cheaper to build a custom PC than to buy a pre-built?
At equivalent component quality, a custom build is typically more cost-effective than a branded pre-built because you are not paying for brand margins or components cut to hit a price point. You also get a machine that is configured for your use case, not a general consumer profile.

How do I start a build or get a quote?
Contact us via the contact form or WhatsApp. Tell us what you will use the machine for, your budget, and any specific requirements. We will send a configuration and price within one business day.

How long does a build take?
Most builds – gaming or professional – are ready in 3 to 5 business days. We will confirm your timeline when we quote.

Do I need to pay upfront?
We require a 10% deposit to confirm the build and order components. The balance is due on collection or before delivery.

Can I collect the PC in person?
Yes. We are based at Publika Shopping Gallery, Solaris Dutamas, KL. Collection is always welcome – you can inspect the build before taking it.

Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we deliver within the Klang Valley. Contact us for delivery arrangements outside that area.

What warranty do your builds come with?
Individual components carry their manufacturer warranty (typically 1 to 3 years). We also cover our assembly workmanship – if something fails due to our build, we fix it. Contact us and we will advise on the appropriate next step.

Can you upgrade a PC you built for me?
Yes. We keep track of what is inside each machine we build. Bring it in or contact us with what you want to upgrade and we will advise on compatibility and quote for the work.

Can you service or repair a PC you did not build?
Yes, we handle diagnostics, repairs, cleaning, and upgrades on PCs and laptops regardless of where they were purchased. Contact us with the issue and we will advise.
