How long does a custom PC build take?

Every Techtonic Malaysia PC is built to order, so lead time depends on our current workload. In most cases your machine is assembled, stress-tested and ready within three working days of order confirmation.

Do you deliver, and where?

Yes. You can collect your build in person at our store in Publika, Solaris Dutamas, or we can arrange delivery. Within the Klang Valley we use Grab Express or Lalamove for same-day delivery; for the rest of Malaysia we ship via GDex courier.

What warranty do I get?

Each component carries its own manufacturer warranty — generally three years, with some parts covered for longer. We will confirm the warranty on every part in your build.

What payment methods do you accept, and is a deposit required?

We accept card, cash and online bank transfer. A 10% deposit confirms your order and starts the build, with the balance due on completion.

Can you build with parts I already have?

Yes — we are happy to build around parts you supply. An assembly charge applies, assessed case by case depending on the complexity of the build. Send us your parts list and we will quote it.

What support and services are included?

Every build comes with free troubleshooting and online technical support, plus free dust cleaning for any desktop bought from us (deep cleaning is available at a subsidised rate). We also handle troubleshooting, cleaning, maintenance and hardware installation for both desktops and laptops, whether or not we built them.
