CAD & Architecture Workstations in Malaysia

Architects, structural engineers, and BIM coordinators running Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Rhino need hardware that keeps pace with their projects – not hardware that slows down as model complexity grows. We build workstations specified to the software you run and the file sizes you work with, not a generic desktop tier.

Where most CAD workstations let you down

Off-the-shelf PCs fail in CAD and BIM environments because the software is single-thread-heavy for viewport navigation but demands burst multi-core for rendering. Consumer gaming GPUs often lack certified drivers for professional CAD applications, which causes instability at exactly the wrong moments – during a client presentation or a late-night render deadline.

Design files only get larger as a project progresses. A machine that handles your current project load will struggle in six months if it was not specced with headroom.

How we specify a CAD & architecture workstation

  • CPU: High clock speed for responsive viewport; multi-core for simultaneous rendering and export.
  • GPU: ISV-certified workstation GPU (NVIDIA RTX) for stable driver support in Revit, AutoCAD, and 3ds Max.
  • RAM: 64 to 128GB for large assembly files and BIM coordination models.
  • Storage: Fast NVMe for active projects; secondary drive for project archives and render output.
  • Display output: Multi-monitor support for drawing, reference, and client view simultaneously.
  • Thermal: Quiet sustained operation suited to studio and office environments.

Built and tested for your software

Every workstation is assembled in-house at our Publika workshop and stress-tested before delivery. If you share your typical project file size or primary software, we verify the build under equivalent load conditions – not a synthetic benchmark that bears no resemblance to real use.

Post-delivery, we remain reachable. If your project scope grows and you need more RAM or storage, we can accommodate that – we know exactly what is inside.

CAD & architecture workstation FAQ

Can you build for both Revit and a rendering engine like V-Ray or Lumion?
Yes. Multi-application workloads are our baseline. We balance GPU VRAM, CPU core count, and RAM to handle BIM modelling and real-time rendering without needing separate machines.

Do I need a dedicated workstation GPU or will a gaming GPU work?
For professional CAD and BIM software, certified workstation GPUs are strongly recommended. They use validated drivers that prevent the kind of application instability that gaming GPUs can introduce in a professional environment.

What is included after purchase?
All builds come with system stability verification, software pre-installed if you provide a licence, and post-delivery support. We are reachable if something needs adjusting down the line.
