What separates a custom build from a pre-built

Pre-built gaming PCs are configured for a price point, not for your game. Manufacturers cut costs on PSU quality, case airflow and RAM speed in ways that are invisible on the box but noticeable in use, especially as titles get more demanding over time.

A custom build means every component earns its place. The CPU, GPU, RAM and storage are matched to your resolution, your refresh rate and your game library. Nothing is oversized to justify the cost; nothing is undersized to hit a margin target. Read how a custom PC build works, start to finish.

Built and tested before it reaches you

Every build is stress-tested to verify stability, thermals and display output before delivery. If we find an issue in testing, we resolve it before the machine leaves, not after. See real builds in our PC gallery.

No drop-shipping, no generic pre-builts with a new sticker. Cables routed for airflow and easy upgrades.
Stress-tested under load
24 hours at full load on Prime95 and FurMark 2 before sign-off. Test logs available on request.
Thermals and display output checked
Stability, temperatures and every display output verified before delivery.

Warranty, payment and delivery

Warranty on parts and labour

Each build carries its components’ manufacturer warranty, generally 3 years, covering parts and labour. If something fails, bring it to us and we handle the claim for you.

Free after-sales care

Dust cleaning, troubleshooting and the labour for upgrades are free for as long as you own the PC. Within the Klang Valley, we also collect and return it for servicing at no charge.

Cash, transfer, card or instalments

A 10–20% deposit, depending on the order value, starts the build. Instalments are available through SPayLater, subject to eligibility, and credit card plans with most banks, except Maybank, CIMB and Public Bank.

Delivered or collected

Free delivery within the Klang Valley. On-site setup is available for a charge. Self-collect at Publika Shopping Gallery.

Gaming PC FAQ

Can you build to a specific resolution and refresh rate?

Yes, that is where every gaming build starts. Tell us your monitor’s resolution and refresh rate and the games you play. We size the graphics card to that target and balance the processor to it, so neither holds the other back at your settings.

How long does a build take?

Most gaming builds are ready in 3 to 5 business days. We will confirm a timeline when we quote.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. We build with upgradeability in mind: the right case, motherboard and PSU headroom so you can add RAM, swap the GPU or add storage without needing a full rebuild. We also handle upgrades on machines we have built.
