Repairs – Screen replacements, keyboard faults, charging port issues, motherboard diagnostics, overheating, and more. We diagnose before we quote, so there are no surprise costs.

Upgrades – RAM and storage upgrades are one of the most cost-effective ways to extend a laptop’s useful life. If your current machine is slow, it is worth checking whether an upgrade fixes it before buying new.

Cleaning and servicing – Dust buildup is the primary cause of laptop overheating and throttling. A proper internal clean and thermal paste re-application can restore performance significantly on older machines.

How long does a repair take?
Most repairs and upgrades are completed within 1 to 3 business days. Screen replacements and parts-dependent repairs may take longer if the part needs to be sourced. We will give you a timeline when we assess the machine.

Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 11AM to 7PM) at Publika Shopping Gallery, Solaris Dutamas, KL. For businesses with multiple machines or time-sensitive repairs, we recommend contacting us in advance.
